最近的两个月我就像坐过山车一样.
一个冒险和新生命方位之旅.
但感觉颇好的, 因为我现在要向各位呈献我在新加坡的首个精品女性内衣店.
我的一生都在筹备 RONDAVOUS 这生意. 这精品女性内衣店, 我是按我小妹妹 Rhonda 的名字起名的. 自从我离开家庭, 离开 Rhonda 身边, 我都因为陪她的日子不能比陪 Race 的长而感到内疚. 我周游列国收集女性内衣及研察各款织物及布料, 制成最舒适又刺激官能, 适合无论穿着睡觉或自我调情的女性内衣~!!xxxRozy

ROGER FEDERER a true champion in every sense of the word

In the new Madrid tennis center today~ Magic Box, designed by French architect Dominique Perrault, mark of history happened.The final was the other hot-on-the-seat game that I wanna share with you.
In this court, I had watched many intensive games throughout the Mutua Madrilena Madrid Open tournament this week. There were two games which highlighted my nights and made me shouts in front of the TV.
One of which is the semi-final between Refael Nadal (ESP) vs Novak Djokovic (SRB) .
The world No.1 for 39-consecutive weeks, Nadal has lost just one set in Madrid this week, against Novak Djokovic in their four-hour semifinal. The game was very intensive and a great watch as the players were enjoying their play. Rafael Nadal def. Novak Djokovic 3 6, 7 6(5), 7 6(9)
In the final, Nadal takes on 2006 Madrid champion Roger Federer the tournament No.2 seed.
By winning through his fifth Madrid semifinal appearance, Federer broke a three-straight semifinal losing streak, earning the right to compete in the final of the tournament for the third time in four years.
Federer has compiled a 24-6 win-loss record for the season, winning seven of nine matches on clay, with five of this season’s losses coming in the deciding sets of matches against Nadal.
Ranked No.2 since Nadal took over the top spot in August 2008, Federer continues to hold the record for consecutive weeks at No.1 with 237 to his credit.
Nadal, the King of clay, holds a 13-6 head-to-head record over his rival for the Madrid title and has lost to the Swiss man just once in 10 meetings on clay – at the Hamburg Masters in 2007.
World No.2 Roger Federer won his first title for 2009 at the Madrid Mutua Madrileña Madrid Open defeating Rafael Nadal 6-4 6-4 and breaking the Spaniard’s 33-consecutive clay court match-winning streak.
Federer served six aces and broke Rafa’s serve on both occasions when he had the opportunity, fought off four break points on his own serve and won 63 points to the world No.1’s 58 during the course of the one hour and 26-minute match.
Tournament top seed Nadal was gracious in defeat. “Roger was much better than me and deserved
to win today,” he said immediately after the match, “the surface was faster than the courts I’ve been playing on recently and suited him better.”
And the world No.1, who defeated Novak Djokovic in a marathon semifinal on Saturday, said that fatigue had not been a factor in the final.
“Playing four hours was not a problem for today,” he said.
Federer was delighted to have broken his 2009 title duck. "I thought that I played well - you have to play well against Rafa on clay - there are no easy ways and he's not going to hand it to you," said the world No.2.
"It's definitely good for my confidence, especially beating Rafa in the finals, I'm working hard and doing the right things and it gives me a lot of confidence going into the French Open which maybe wouldn't have been the case a couple of weeks ago."
The No.2 seed said he was pleased with the way he'd adapted his game to take the Madrid title.
"I served well, mixed it up well and took all the right decisions today. In the end it looked quite comfortable out there for me, it was a good win for me, so I'm very satisfied.
"I've had some bad losses this year in terms of the way I've played but I've felt this win coming for a few weeks so I am very pleased."
I'm a big fan of Roger and Nadal, but somehow my heart always fancies the former because his demeanor reminds me of someone I love. Who do you prefer??
Watching their battle on court is always a true pleasure to me. I come to know tennis through my Dad's influence. Thank you Dad for introducing me to such a great sport which I dont play but watch. Just wish I could be better at it! LOL~

揭露 UNDERCOVER 「Katsuhide Morimoto X Undercover Grace」

高桥盾很少会来香港会他的爱好者. 上星期他在 JOYCE 女装店举行了他春夏系列的展览. 他选了着名摄影师守本胜英去展现他的作品. 继巴黎之後, 我和 Race 很荣幸再次被邀请, 欣赏优雅的另一本性.

2R开内衣店拒晒咪招客
前晚2R与苏永康到时装店Joyce欣赏《Katsuhide Morimoto X Undercover Grace》相片展览。2R表示今次应Undercover的设计师高桥盾邀请，更获对方赞助新装。两姊妹还透露内衣店的最新筹备情况，Rosanne表示自家品牌将走中高档路线：「由Race负责设计工作，佢锺意设计都系受高桥盾影响！（唔怕金融海啸？）经济差，皷女仔留砜屋企，更加会买多皷性感砼内衣 男朋友开心！」但两人无意尠内衣拍照作生招牌。
高桥盾邀出席展览，更获他亲自接待。

前晚，2R的黄婉伶（Race）和黄婉君（Rosanne）及苏永康应时装店Joyce的邀请，到其中环店欣赏「Katsuhide Morimoto X Undercover Grace」相片展览，这些展览是Joyce联同日本时装品牌Undercover的时装设计师Jun Takahashi（高桥盾）所举行。Race和Rosanne与设计师高桥盾相识六载，Rosanne更踢爆Race对内衣设计产生兴趣是因为高桥盾，Race承认筹备半年多的内衣店将於六月在新加坡开业，她说：「店名叫做RONDAVOUS，系我同Rosanne再加埋最细嗰个细妹三个人合作开嘅，引入外国品牌走中高档路线，仲会有自己品牌，由我负责设计。」
Race更大方公开投资数目：「大概二百万港纸，我哋都储咗好耐钱㗎！」但两姐妹就无意亲自做生招牌。谈到会否担心金融海啸影响生意，Rosanne表示对新店有信心：「经济差，啲女仔留喺屋企，更加会买多啲性感嘅内衣氹男朋友开心！」

I LOVE COFFEE AS MUCH AS.......!!!
There's not much else in coffee apart from caffeine yet we all drink it and take little time to know where it grows, how it's produced and how it affects our brains and bodies. Surely something this good must be bad for you. Au contraire! There is on-going scientific evidence that 2-4 cups of coffee a day (based on a 6oz serving) offers more health benefits than you may know.
1. Coffee is the #1 source of antioxidants, more than wine, chocolate or tea. Antioxidants can help prevent cancer and heart disease. And girls, antioxidants prevents aging~!!!
2. Coffee has a high level of soluble dietary fiber, more than wine or orange juice. Soluble dietary fiber helps lower total LDL (bad) cholesterol thereby reducing risk of heart disease and it also helps to manage blood sugar levels in people with diabetes. By helping insulin regulate blood sugar levels in the body, there is a significantly reduced risk of type 2 diabetes.
3. Further studies of coffee also strongly suggest that regular daily intake of coffee
(i) lowers the risk of cardiovascular disease
(ii) protects against chronic liver disease and gallstones
(iii) may ward off colon cancer
(iv) appears to have antidepressant features
(v) has also been shown to reduce the risk of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease.4. Drinking coffee prior to working out reduces post exercise muscle soreness by up to one half! Plus it improves physical stamina and reaction time. Overall, coffee boosts athletic endurance and physical performance.
5. Coffee improves short-term memory recall, as well as alertness and attention to the task at hand. Because a cup of coffee is absorbed in the bloodstream within 15min - 2hr, caffeine helps process information and boost logical reasoning. Safe driving is a direct beneficiary of coffee consumption.
When people slam coffee, it's usually because coffee is known to temporarily raise blood pressure. However while the previous generation of coffee drinkers were satisfied with a single serving of coffee, today's coffee consumer is addicted to a daily habit of drive-thru kiosks and super-sized 20oz+ cups of coffee, not to mention those delicious sweet treats. I might suggest that coffee isn't so much the problem as is the habitual effect of mega cups of java several times daily.

2R出席咖啡活動，Rosanne表示最愛買家具用品，而且廚藝了得，經常下廚。記者笑問傳出已為人太太的Race廚藝如何？她不置可否，只說：「我唔係好掂，煮甜品會好一點！」Rosanne又透露6月會在新加坡開設內衣店：「間舖頭係我們三姊妹的夢想，投資超過200萬，舖頭名叫做 Rondavous，Ronda係妹妹個名，因為我們成日唔在妹妹身邊，所以當係送畀妹妹的禮物。」她還笑言現正到處張羅不同款式的內衣，將來也會有自己設計的牌子。

前晚Nespresso CitiZ 舉行酒會派對，出席名人包括有2R、汪圓圓、廖碧兒、貝安琪、陳見飛及滕麗名等。2R甫見記者即透露其生意大計，Rosanne說：「6月會喺新加坡開內衣泳衣店，間舖頭係我哋三姊妹夾份開㗎，會用細細妹個名命名，叫做Rondavous，因為我哋成日唔喺妹妹身邊，所以當係送畀佢嘅禮物。」 2R又謂現在不時要四出選購內衣，Race笑說：「依家屋企有好多性感內衣。」又表示將來會設計自己品牌。

2R和贝安琪前晚（4月23日）出席咖啡推广活动，2R表示计划在新加坡开内衣店，这间店铺是以三姐妹的名义开设的，店名以最年轻的妹妹Rondavous命名，2R说：“因为我们经常不在小妹妹身边，所以当作送给她的礼物，开这间铺最少要 200万港元。”黄婉君（Rosanne）表示现在四出试内衣和睡衣，黄婉伶（Race）则说很多人都给性感睡衣她试穿。
